Does marijuana come in pill form?

There is a pill called Marinol, that has a chemical compound in it similar to THC found in marijuana. But these pills by no means get you "High". There is no alternative to smoking marijuana. But no, there is no pill that gives you the same effects as Marijuana. Marinol is a placebo.
