In sims 3 my house wont load after i press the checkmark?

First check that you are using it on the computer if it is for the PC then ask an adult to help you that is good at your computer work, also check that its not scratched or dented, as well there might be something wrong with your computer. If you have tried all that then you might as well take it back and ask for a refund. But only if your sure it wont load, your computer might just be slow.
