Jot down facts first, such as:

5. Where you lived at time of death

8. Your occupation
9. Important things you have dome
10. Anything you are proud of doing; things you got awards for
11. Your sisters and brothers, in birth order, and who they married, and where they live (city-state).
12. Who survives you
13. Who died before you
14. Your personal wishes-- example - No flowers. Family suggests donations to Cleveland Zoo, Cleveland, Ohio.
