Who do you report a veterans death to?

Good Luck! I tried to find a site on the net but could find nothing about reporting a death. You would think the va.gov site would provide some help but I found nothing. I got on the phone and waited over 30 minutes and gave up, knowing I would probably be sent to another place since the options I was given did not include death reporting. So I guess I will try visiting the closest state VA office. I've had pretty good luck with them before.
