Which type of dragon is most powerful?

This is a bit dependent on 'area of expertise'. A fire dragon is the best at breathing fire; a sea serpent is the best in the water etc. In terms of strength however the distinction would have to go to the Cold Drags on land and the Midgard Serpent in the sea.
