What is wrong when the front right wheel of your car clicks when driving in a straight line?

Sounds like broken bearings. Either inside the hub of that wheel, or it could be the constant velocity joint, if it is a front wheel drive car.

The clicking is caused by the broken up ball bearings hitting each other as the wheel turns, as there is no cage to keep them apart and no grease.
