It can if you run/jog on a daily bases you can loose some weight, but make sure you are drinking lots of water, I run on a daily bases I run in the morning and at night for at least 2 hour, runing also keeps you inshape....I mostly run to keep me in shape, But by the most you will loose about 11 pounds in a week or two if you run on a daily bases for at least two hours.
