I'm not sure what you're after, but a typical organizational chart for such a department might look like this: CEO--VP Operations--VP Flight Operations--Manager of In-Flight Services--Director of In-Flight Services. Following these categories, you would have the typical groupings such as training, administration, etc. This is very general breakdown, and would vary according to each airline's needs.
