How do you get your sim to stop doing something?

Im not totally sure but i think that you go to the lot where the frozen sim/s is, then you press control, shift and c then in the bar at the top you put 'moveObjects on' exactly like that with no quotation marks then you go to buy mode and delete the sim. then get the cheat bar up again and put 'moveObjects off' and then go to the neighbourhood without saving. now go back in to the lot again and your sim should be unfrozen!

Note: I'm not sure this will work.
