Are Mormons allowed blood transfusions

Yes. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called the "Mormon" church) accept blood transfusions and any other modern medical procedures. Medical treatment choices are made by the individual patient, not the Church.

Jehovah's Witnesses do not accept blood transfusions.
