Is Barack Obama A tragic Hero?

It's still a bit early to try to assess the presidency of Barack Obama, and there is lots of room to debate exactly how tragic or how heroic he really is. So far I would have to say no, he is not a tragic hero, although he might still turn out to be one, eventually.
