Is deviant art a trustworthy website?

It is not so much a question as to whether the website is trustworthy, but people in general. People will always take images that are not theirs but Deviant Art allows you to copyright your images, add a large watermark when people view it, or disable downloading of your image. Many amateur and professionals use the site to safely promote their work.
