Where did the Pearl of Great Price originate from?

The Pearl of Great Price is a collection of religious texts in the Latter-day Saint tradition. It was compiled by Joseph Smith Jr., the founder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, in the mid-19th century. The texts included in the Pearl of Great Price were translated or revealed by Joseph Smith through divine inspiration.
