Can one take Strattera and methadone together?

You really need to ask a pharmacist to be sure. Don't gamble with drugs, drug combinations or your health. Call your local drug store. They'll be glad to assist.

I agree with the above, wanted to add that I know from personal experience that you can take these drugs together IF you have a legitimate need for both. Recreationally, I would not do it. I would start with taking your full daily methadone dose and 1/4 to 1/2 of the Strattera, then increasing slowly to full prescribed doses of both IF you feel OK.
