If you're referring to any cent struck during WWII, those dated 1941, '42, '44, or '45 are very common and are generally worth less than a dime in average condition.

1943 cents were made of zinc-plated steel to save copper for the war effort. These coins are a bit scarcer but still only sell for 25 to 50 cents in average condition.
