Where in the Bible is the verse Jesus conquered death hell and the grave?

Hosea 13:14

I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be thy plagues; O grave, I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from mine eyes.

Together, there is no single verse which mentions all three; death, hell, and the grave. This concept comes from one of the various forms of the Apostle's Creed. Whether it is biblical is a matter of debate especially concerning the teaching that Jesus descended into hell. There are several verses in Scripture that contradict this part of the creed (Luke 23:43,46; Col. 2:15, and John 19:30).
