Can you install photoshop elements 7 on multiple computers?

It can only be activated on two computers. A third install will not activate unless you deactivate one of the other installs. google "Adobe Photoshop Express", "GIMP" or "Paint.NET" all of which are free and don't use Adobe's draconian and invasive DRM.
