How do you tell if a man is interested in you or just messing with you?

You can tell if a boy wants a relationship with you, or if he just wants to mess around. First of all if a guy really wants to be with you, he would spend every day with you, or try to make the best impression, by bringing you flowers, or texting you every now and then, or smiling at you, talking to you and making you laugh.

P.S: He might try to annoy you, this could mean he fancies you !!!

If he wants a relationship he would spend time with you, talk to you on the phone, make time just for you, say things such as if you need to talk you can call me and if he says anytime that means he is really really wanting to be with you. he would make you smile make you laugh make you feel like a queen.. if he doesnt want a relationship with you he wouldn't spend his time on you he wouldn't say hey call me if you need anything or if you just want to talk.
