How to stop an ecstasy high?

You cant really do anything to stop an ecstacy high... I couldn't imagine why anybody would want to stop an ecstacy high. But trust me, i know from experience. The best thing you can do is to try drinking some water, just be careful not to drink too much whatever, because you can die from that, Eat some food, turn off any music and have some one help calm you down.
