Is call of duty modern warfare 3 going to be for the Nintendo 3ds?

It does not look like it only PC PS3 and Xbox 360 have preorders for the game

I will expect so because they did Call of Duty Black Ops for the DS, and Call of Duty is on 3D on PS3, the highest chances are there will be Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 on the 3DS.
