What is Form 1040ez?

Form 1040EZ is the easiest of the three income tax forms someone can use to file their federal income taxes.

If taxable income is less than $100,000 AND you don't claim any dependents AND you file as single or are married filing jointly, then fill out Form 1040EZ.
