Is Firestar or Leopardstar better

He is later in the book when Squirrelflight becomes Brambleclaw's mate. They are not related by blood though.

Well, the whole "kin" and "related" thing is really confusing, especially if they are the "kin of Firestar's kin, who hold the power of the stars in their paws" (the prophecy). Later in the series you find out that (if you didn't read up to here, sorry? ^_^) Squirrelflight is NOT the mother of Jawpaw, Hollypaw, and Lionpaw. She and Bramblepaw are not mates, but Leafpool is their birth mother. (She was a medicine cat; so she was forbidden to have a mate or kits, although a few broke the rule.)

Therefore, Firestar is NOT related to Tigerstar anyhow.
