Because Management do not do her job, If you want to work there be sure to ask question about your rate and how they play with your goal/hour and be sure to take your daily sales amount before tax they play with numbers and they are no fair about Amount of sale if you work an other department you do not have full amount of your sale so they want you to go and work in other department to put you down on your sale goal.
