Received a 20 roll of 1977 Eisenhower Dollar coins for graduation These coins are no longer in circulation Do they retain only their face value or are they a collectors item?

Even if the roll is a original bank wrapped roll of uncirculated coins, Ike dollars do not have large retail values and don't sell very well because they are so common. Circulated 1977 Ike dollars are face value only. Uncirculated coins do sell at $2.00-$5.00 for high grade coins but most dealers will only pay $1.05-$1.25 each.
