Is it ok to mix Adderall and caffeine?

It is not advisable to take Adderall and caffiene together. It can cause a raise in blood pressure, hyperactivity, tremors, anxiety and restlessness. If you do use caffiene, keep it to a minimum.

Having said that, the other, more desirable effects can include an improvement in focus as well as energy. Assuming that you are taking adderall as medication, it should be avoided, however if you are using it to study it's not a terrible idea unless you suffer from Heart disease.
