Is there a cell phone list to telemarketers?

You can register your cell phone on the same list that is used for landline phones:

The instructions say it is not for cell phones because it is already illegal to make unsolicited telemarketing calls to cell phones, so theoretically it should not be necessary to register them. But we all know that that is not the case in real life. Registering your cell phone on the regular do not call list will cut down on some of the calls. But there is nothing that will eliminate the calls from the slimey companies who don't care about the law.
