The Acjachemen people, also known as the Juaneño, traditionally wore clothing made from natural materials available in their environment. Men typically wore skirts or loincloths made from animal hides or woven plant fibers, while women wore skirts and tunics, often adorned with shells and beads for decoration. Both genders utilized capes and shawls for warmth and protection against the elements. Footwear was minimal, often consisting of simple sandals or going barefoot.
