Yes but it requires the hookshot (one or double) You have to go in Lake Hylia and beat the canoe ride. (destroy 20 pots or more) And after that you go by the side of the map (the left side of you when you complete the canoe ) Then you use the hookshot and go sideways without releasing the hookshot... you go through the rock and you fall and lose some health. but you restart when you ended for the canoe and win rupees (make sure to beat it about 2 or 3 times)
