What are the reasons why a woman can't get pregnant?

There are lots of possible reasons. She may not be producing eggs. Her Fallopian tubes may be blocked. There may be hormonal problems preventing implantation and/or development of the egg. There may be a problem with her partner's sperm, or with her body's reaction to them.
