Some people do and some don't and it depends on the type of bread. Most Americans and Canadians eat a large percentage of bread. People use it for toast in the morning and Sandwiches for lunch. Bread products are also used in making stuffing for chicken, turkey, some puddings. Breads today have so many choices: High in grains (non sprouted or sprouted grains); Flax seed; high in Oats; low fat; Weight Watcher's thin sliced grained or white bread and now it's Pro biotic and Omega 3. Bread can be good for a person. Rule of thumb: If you can leave your bread on the counter and it doesn't go mouldy within a few days don't buy it! Good bread with the right nutrients should be kept in the fridge.
