Why hospitality is information sharing important?

Information sharing is important because it helps the hospitality serve their customers better, a man might like to sit in a certain part of a restaurant and have his meal served in a certain type of way, if the employees share this information with one another, it would help other employees serve the man better when those that usually serve him his meals aren't available.
