I don't understand why it's so important before 18. it's not some magical line you have to cross. The average age when kids have sex the first time is 17 so you are not behind in any way. How to do it is by having sex and you either get a gf, pick up a one-night-stand or pay a prostitute. The 2 later is a bit dull though. Sex gets better with practice which you wont get with the ONS and the prostitute do it as a job and is not attracted to you nor will she enjoy it. And it's not very attractive to know your bf had his first sex wiht a prostitute to be honest.
