How much oil does a GMC canyon hold with 5 cylinder engine?

A little over 5 quarts with filter change. Park on a level surface. Drain the oil and change the filter. Add 5 quarts, start the engine and run for 30 seconds. Shut down wait 30 minutes, and check the level. Add as necessary to reach the full mark. Do not overfill.
