Is 104 a good IQ for a 14 year old black boy?

IQ has nothing to do with age nor race. An average IQ is 100 for any age and any race. So 104 is slightly above average. The IQ tests are standardized so that they show the results regardless of age or race. But if you took the IQ test online, it may not have been accurate. The best place to get accurate IQ results are at school, or otherwise given by a professional.
