it depends big time if you excersize alot like 20 min of running then dont go under 1400 cal if you dont excersize that much like 20min of pilates then dont go under 1200cal if you arent a big fan for excersizing and dont at all then have a daily diet of 1000 cal DO NOT GO UNDER IF YOU GO UNDER YOUR BODY WILL GO INTO STARVATION MODE AND SAVE FAT CELLS YOU COULD ACTUALLY GAIN WEIGHT when you have your weight where you want it eat 1500 cals a day and excersize a little
