Where are Romeo y Julieta cigars produced?

Romeo y Julieta is a quality hand-rolled cigar. The quality is high and very consistent. In terms of strength, I would rate RyJs as between Macanudo, which is a very mild cigar, and Punch, which is a strongish medium.
