Sometimes i feel really dizzy just doing anything and have to sit down and have mild heart aches where it hurts so bad it feels lik someone grabed my heart and held it tightly so whats wrong with me?

sounds like high blood pressure my sister-in-law has high blood pressure and she has those symptoms but to be for sure see a doctor
