Why was Queen Victoria crowned?

If you mean Elizabeth I, her father listed her, along with her sister, in the succession. Both Edward and Mary died without children, so Elizabeth was next in line. Elizabeth II became Queen because her uncle, Edward VII, abdicated to marry Wallis Simpson, leaving his brother who became George VII to inherit the throne. Elizabeth followed her father at his death.
