How old was St. Nicholas when his parents died?

I have yet to find a biography of Saint Nicholas of Myra which states his age when his parents passed away. Most simply state that his wealthy parents died in an epidemic while Nicholas was still young and he was raised by his uncle-also named Nicholas-who was the bishop of Patara.
