Are apollo mission patches worth anything?

Like so many collectibles it depends on where it came from. Mission patches that were attached the spacesuits of the 12 men that walked on the moon, presumably covered in moon dust, are worth a small fortune. Mission patches from support crew that actually worked on the missions are probably worth a bit. Patches bought online well after the program ended are likely worth nothing.
