Can you breed latios and latias?

NOPE!(:[ If you're talking about doing this in Ruby and sapphire You catch LatiOS in Sapphire and Latias in Ruby. But in emerald, after you beat the elite four, a news show comes on and tells you they just discovered a new pokemon. Your mom asks you what colr it was Red or Blue.
