Can Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide Ointment be used to treat acne?

After over 15 yrs of suffering from Rosacea, which has only progressed, I've tried so many different topical creams, gels and oral antibiotics prescribed by my specialist... none solved the problem. I read an article online from a man who professed to have cured his Rosacea with the nystatin/triamcinolone cream. I happened to have some, so I felt like I had nothing to lose by trying it. Overnight, the numerous pustules on my forehead and face cleared up and I was able to go without concealer for the first time in years. It was Christmas Day... what a gift!
