Are Siamese cats always thin

The breed standard adopted by most registering associations calls for the Siamese to have a "long and tubular" body shape. This does not mean that they should be thin; if there are ribs showing, the cat is undernourished. In fact, a good example of the breed should also have good muscle tone.
