How do you drain the transmission and primary fluid in a 1997 hertitage springer softail?

You remove the drain plugs. The transmission drain plug is located directly below the center of the transmission end cover on the right side of the bike and the primary chaincase drain plug is located directly below the center of the large, round clutch inspection (derby) cover.
