King Henry VIII got married 6 times. 2 of which ended by annulment (Katharine of Aragon {no1} and Anne of Cleves{no4}), 2 by beheading (Anne Boleyn {no2} and her cousin Catherine Howard{5}), 1 by death of natural causes (Jane Seymour {no3}) and 1 actually survived unharmed (but she came close to be charged with treason too and thus to be beheaded) till King Henry's death (Catherine Parr {no6}).
So annulments vs beheadings = tie
