First remove the two Phillips head screws in the rear of the center console. This loosen the console and make it easier to remove the trim around the radio. Now get a wide, thin bladed flat screw driver and pry up the inner trim from the outer console. The inner trim will pop slightly. Then pry up the inner trim from the outer console on the opposite side. Once both sides are loose, then you can grip it and gently pull it out. You will have to place the truck in neutral and in 4wd high to get it out far enough to remove the upper trim.
Once this lower trim is out, you will see two Phillips head screws forward of the shift lever, below the radio. Remove these screws. Once the screws are out, take your flat blade screwdriver and gently pry the inner trim up. Just as before with the lower trim. Once free, this upper trim will have a wire harness connecting three control. These are released from the trim by depressing the catch and pulling on the connector.
Once all three are disconnected, you will see the radio mounting bracket, which is held on by four Phillips head screws. remove these screws and pull out the radio. Disconnect to wiring harness as above to completely release the radio.
All the Phillips screws are all the same size, so don't worry about that on re-assemble. Don't forget to connect all wiring harnesses.
Good luck.
