When a guy doesn't talk to you does it mean they don't like you?

Well this could mean a few different things. He maybe just needs time away to think, maybe he really likes you but there is something holding him back. Or sometimes us girls, when we find someone that likes us, we tend to be a bit obsessive, so you could have pushed him away maybe?
