Why do some people think they are God?

Some scientist's say that it is extreme faith, taking over their mind and confusing their rational thinking. Some people who visit where Jesus was born, sometimes have a sensation of being him, and try's to do very irrational things like jumping off of roofs.

because they are full of pride,

because they are not confident, so they rely on pride and ego to fill what is missing and seek to controll what they no nothing of. Most polititions are this way, including our presedent. Alot of church goers, alot of teachers, alot of people in general.

Nothing out of 'self' can be good with out God, in humility.

Understand Jesus is NOT GOD he said so himself. God says in the commandments 'you will have no other Gods before me, so anything or anyone telling you different is a liar and knows not the Word. However, let it be known that He is the saviour and should be heeded like unto God. As you respect the father, respect the son also.
