DO NOT DO THIS. NEVER EVER eat less than 1,000 calories a day if you are a woman or 1,500 calories a day if you are a man. if you eat less, you will technically lose weight, but you will lose MUSCLE and other tissue and organs etc. and NOT FAT. therefore even if your body weight goes down you will LOOK fatter. NEVER try to lose more than 2lbs a week, that is the most FAT you can lose in a week (500 calorie defecit a day)

Answer 2: I completely disagree with the first answer. If you eat 600 calories a day, you will lose fat. That is the first thing the body eats when its low on energy, NOT MUSCLE. You definitely won't lose your organs (that's just stupid) and you WON'T look fatter. It depends on your body how much weight you can lose in a week, but you will lose weight, and it WON'T be muscle. However, if 600 calories a day is continued for an extended period of time, your body COULD go after its muscle, but you never know. We're all different.
