How did cavemen shower?

Cavemen likely did not have showers as we know them today. Instead, they would have bathed in natural water sources like rivers, lakes, or streams. They may have also used animal fat or plant materials to clean themselves, along with scrubbing their skin with sand or rough surfaces to remove dirt. Their bathing practices were more about practicality and necessity than hygiene rituals.
